ESXi3.5 U4 VIClientでESXiに接続できない

ESXi3.5 U4 VIClientでESXiに接続できない件で質問させて頂きます。

VIClientでESXiにroot権限で接続しようとするのですが、エラーとなり接続できない事象が発生しています。

エラー：VMware Infrastructure Client Could not establish the initial connection with server "（ip-addr）"

　　　Details: A connection failure occurred.

以下が事象に関する確認した項目となります。

・ダイレクトコンソールで確認すると、Lockdown ModeがEnableに変更されている。

　Disableに変更しようとするが、設定が反映されない。

・ESXi3.5 U4（Build158874）にアップグレードする前のESXi3.5 U2（Build110271）でも事象が発生していた。

・U2、U4共にESXi起動70日経過すると、事象が発生する。

・複数台のESXiで同様の事象が発生する。

・事象発生のおおよそ19時間前にESXiのsyslogで、以下＜ログ1＞が出力されている。

・ダイレクトコンソールでESXiの停止を試みるが停止できず、ハードの電源OFF/ONを実施。

　ESXi起動後、ダイレクトコンソールでLockdown ModeをDisableに変更できて、VIClientでroot権限で接続できた。
