hai 2 possibilità ho utilizzare un tool di terze parti tipo Plop Boot Manager
Plop Boot Manager, PlopKexec Boot Manager
oppure utilizzare la chiavetta come un disco fisico dell'host su cui hai installato VMPlayer e aggangiare il disco alla tua VIrtual Machine su VMPlayer
