screen resolution issues when running an InstallBuilder installer on Windows

Hello,

We are seeing curious display issues when running an installer on Windows.

I attached 3 screenshots ( 2,3 and 4), one of them is the expected result, the other 2 show the final install page displayed as tiny, with text crumped on it.

The screenshot 5 is to show the settings. The tester said: "I have a laptop which I use the screen along with an extra monitor". 

So she runs the installer on her extra monitor, and it seems it is taking the resolution of the laptop.

In the installer, I did set <windowsDPIAware>1</windowsDPIAware>. Is this what is causing this behavior?

A different tester reported seeing screenshot 6, where an image of the slideshow is eating all of the progress dialog.

What do you advise I do? I did set the windowsDPIAware flag because people complained that the text was blurry.
