Took a while to work out where bitrock had gone!
We are trying to get Notorization working on our mac app. This all works
As part of this we have to harden the app. This is done using codesign --options=runtime.
Everything bulds fin. But when we run the installer it silently exits
If we run from cmd line we get the above error
"Unable to initialize installer.
Is /tmp writable ?"

But the response was to take this offline.
At the meoment our installers refuse to run on Mac BigSur.
