links to documentation do not work

Hello,

When I click on Docs/Userguide... Reference... or Autoupdate... I get a tiny window telling me launching Help browser, this may take a few seconds... but then nothing happens.

Is there something I should do to get this working?

Hi @clairealex7,

Could you tell me which InstallBuilder version and flavor you are using and on which platform it's installed?

Here are the details of my installation. I had it running as eval and I entered my license info yesterday. It is installed on Windows 10.

Hi @clairealex7 ,

Thanks for your message. For Windows, we rely on the Operating System to open the `.html` files with the predefined default application in the system. Can you check if you have any application associated for those files?

What we are running internally is the next command

start "" "file:///path/to/index.html"

As an alternative, you can navigate using the file explorer into that folder and then open the html file with your favorite application

C:/Program Files/VMware InstallBuilder Professional 2021.3.0/docs/userguide/userguide-html/

Hello,

I can see that html files are associated with Chrome. 

I created a desktop shortcut to index.html, and now all is good. Thank you!
