True SSO for CentOs 7 - Instant Clone agent initialization state error (1): failed (waited 10 seconds)

Hi!

I have

VC 6.7

Horizon 7.7

CentOs 7 1611

The master image joined to MS AD domain by sssd, all fine.

Then i read this:article to configure true SSO:

Configure True SSO on RHEL/CentOS 7.x Desktops

Then i create Floating Automated pool. When pool created, I see customizing status and then error:

Instant Clone agent initialization state error (1): failed (waited 10 seconds)

In AD, i see that objects are created.

I cant reed log /var/log/vmware/viewagent-ngvc.log, because the VM is very fast rebooting.

Any ideas?

Is this configuration supported?

The answer of my question!

I create manual desktop and can log in with domain user, SSO working fine

then i am look at here

Linux Instant Clone agent initialization state error 1

and add :smileyalert: to

/etc/vmware/viewagent-custom.conf line like

OfflineJoinDomain=sssd

In general, you can set here anything other than pbis.

Then recreate pool and status of vms are available.

I can again login domain user and don't promt credentials in CentOs, is very nice!

And about this parameter:

Use this option to set the instant-clone offline domain join. Currently, the PowerBroker Identity Services Open (PBISO) authentication is the only way to perform an offline domain join. If this property has a value other than pbis, the offline domain join is ignored.

P.S.

When i install Linux agent 7.7 on CentOS 7 1810, I see the mesaage like this: "1810 don't support, disable sso"

May be CentOS 7 1810 don't support sso, anyway i take 1611 and it's bulid works fine!
