Some of the Users are reporting that when they access the VDI session, they get the following error
Loading Failed
The connection to the remote computer ended.
I checked in the Horizon console and found the following for the same session
User <Domain\UserID> requested Pool <Pool Name>, allocated machine <VM Name>
The agent running on machine <VM Name> has accepted an allocated session for user <Domain\UserID>
Status of the machine in the Horizon console remains Available
Also if I open the vcenter - share my screen with the user - and ask him to login via Launch console - User can successfully login to the same VM with his account without any issues.
It is a persistent Pool which Ubuntu 22.04 LTS. Please suggest.
