Linux View Client for Linux VDI

Hello,

when try to connect to linux desktops from a linux client 3.4.0  I get just a black screen. Connecting from windows or mac client works fine. Is the linux client supported?

Hello William,

I think I have a firewall issue. Linux VDI requires port 8443 to che connections servers. I will ask my netadmin to open that port

I wanted to check did you mean 5443 or 8443 ????? I dont see 8443 for Linux Clients can you please help me with a link

• Port 5443 TCP needs to be open between View Client and Linux Agent,If Blast Secure Gateway is disabled.
• Port 5443 TCP needs to be open between Security Server/Connection Server and Linux Agent ,If Blast Secure Gateway is enabled.
