Horizon Linux clients extremely slow

Hello,

I'm not an expert in Horizon but have been doing some snooping around based on what I see coming into our support desk.  We have VMs that are created in Horizon running Linux. We give these out automatically to certain contractors.  They have been complaining that the Horizon client is very slow.... so much so that they have been moving to the NX no machine client. We would like to keep them on the Horizon client for various reasons and so would like to determine what is causing the slowness.  If it's just simple connectivity, that's fine but it doesn't explain why the other client works fine.  The typical user is connecting via VPN and then to the Horizon server.  In looking through some of the local client logs for the Horizon client, I've found some anomalies that may or may not have anything to do with it. I've found very little in the public record regarding slowness on the Horizon client.  In the vwclient logs we see things like this.  If you have any input on how to resolve I'd appreciate it. Pretty sure these are not linked clones if it matters.

A description of the issue from the client is that the terminal experience is very slow. Even while submitting commands on the terminal or switching windows, it takes very long time.

Hi Ken,

The issue the customers are experiencing happens when using Horizon Client for Windows to connect the Linux VDI?

The logs attached is from the Horizon Client for Windows, I want to know what kind of agent the customers are using.

Some screenshot or video would be helpful for us to give some sort of suggestions for the issue.
