Disable keyboard locale change VMWare Horizon Client 5.4.1 on Linux

Running VMWare Horizon Client version 5.4.1 on Ubuntu 18.0.4 LTS for 60+ machines & users. Users are hitting CTRL + Shift and changing their keyboard layouts,  and there seems to be 3 US keyboard layouts and 3 unknown layouts.  Is there a config file I can edit to disable this feature?

Hi Kell, Could you try to disable Keyboard layout sync in the Agent by GPO to see if it works as you want?
