What is this supposed to be? I was thinking it was a post or document example on how someone used this printer?
It means HP Officejet 4580 printer works well on View 5.0 env as a USB device.
Thanks for response! I am using a WES7 thin client and Officejet 6310 AiO and having hard time getting the scanner to work. Wondering if you installed full software/printer drivers on both client and VM?
Are you using View 5.0? If so, you need to install full software/printer drivers on both client and VM. However, if you are using View 5.1 or higher version, you only need to install software/drivers on VM.
Thanks!! server and agent version 5.1.0 build-704644. Right now testing a XPSP3 VM.
However, my client is version 5.0. I will retest and report back. ![]()
I restarted with WES7 clean, upgraded view client to 5.1, did NOT install printer driver, connected to session.
Printing and Scanning works!!!!!
Thanks again for your responses!
