I have a windows xp linked clone pool. they are set for 1GB of ram and 1 vCPU. Some users are fine, but other (heavy) users are reporting poor performance. They say as they are working, the screen will just lock up for some time, then eventually they can continue working. They are using zero clients and are connected via our local LAN. Task manager has shown cpu usage 100% during these slow times. They users have many windows open during the course of the day from our ERP system and internet browser windows. From vCenter side, everything looks okay.
I use a linked clone desktop everyday as my main machine and I do not experience this issue.
Shall I open a ticket with VMware? If so, would it be View support, or vSphere support? Would PCoIP cause such behavior?
