windows display setting (dual monitor) is revert to default setting

vCenter&ESXi - 6.7 U3

Horizon - 7.10

Horizon Client(Windows) - 5.3.0

Horizon with ThinClient(HP ThinPro) - 5.2.0

VDI Template - Windows 10 1809 LTSC

Users are using dual monitor.

some people are change their custom display setting,

(change main monitor, or etc..)

but when they logged on VDI again,

Display setting went reset.

Try to delete registry these item, no works.

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\GraphicsDrivers\Configuration
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\GraphicsDrivers\Connectivity
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\GraphicsDrivers\ScaleFactors

any one found this?

Are you using floating desktop assignment or is it fixed? If floating, have you configured DEM/UEM to backup these settings on logoff?
