windows 7 prof optimization guide required for vsphere 4

I need windows 7 Professional Optimization guide which will be in Vsphere 7 enviotment as VM & will be acessible by zero client

Note: My connection broker is panomanager not vmware view.

Wanted to have a fast accebliety to desktop (windows 7 VM).

Doesn't matter if you are on VMware View, XenDesktop or Panologic.  Windows Optimization is Windows Optimization.  You won't be able to do protocol optimization becuase Pano has a RDP(ish) protocol.  Have fun with that.
