when an instant clone is ready

Hi all,

I'm trying to figure out what is the "signal" for a an instant clone process when its ready, maybe something like a specific service being started, or a registry key/value being created, etc. I need this information to know how to instruct a 3rd party agent when to actually start and do its job.

So far, for example, this agent will start its doings on the intermediary VM (eg: IT1112021849) which is ready before any VM from the desktop pool is actually created.

So, for example, I configure a desktop pool of instant clones with 2 VMs to be created upfront. This will eventually produce "vm-1" and "vm-2" instant clones and I need to know what to instruct this 3rd party agent, which is already part of the golden image, to look into each VM in order to know that its ready so I can instruct this 3rd party agent to do its job when "vm-1"or "vm-2" is ready.

Thanks upfront for your reply.

Regards,

Liviu
