vmplayer inside virtual machine

hi all

having problem to get my guest os in side virtual machine with vmplayer 3

I can install vmplayer and start the guest linux inside but I can't get the network to start

i can ping the host (esx guest) at bridge and nat mode but I can't go any more

could somebody help me

Go to: your_ESX -> Configuration -> Networking -> vSwitchX Properties-> click Edit... -> Security tab.

Set Promiscuous mode -> Accept.

Maybe it's resolve problem.
