view security server causing high cpu load to network switch

error logs related to security server (10.0.0.235) as below:

output of "netstat -a" on security server (version 5.0.0) did shows ws_TunnelService.exe opened port 53

UDP 53 is typically DNS, we're not a DNS server and do not use that port by default. Any custom configuration on your machine?
