view 4.5 usb-redirect not available

i have a terminalserver with view agent 4.5

on my "view administrator" a have addthe terminalserver in "terminalserver pool"

on my local pc, i have a usb printer installed

i connect via view 4.5 client to the terminal server, but i can´t connect to the local usb printer (usb-redirect not available)

Hi,

During the installation of the view agent, make sure the usb redirection option is enabled (it is by default, but no harm 2x checking).

Also you should make sure you are using the PCoIP protocol to connect, not RDP. If you use RDP you won't be able to get the usb redirection to work.

PCOIP isn't supported on Terminal Server View pools. I also don't think USB redirection is available but can't find verification of that anymore.

is the problem, that i cannot install "usb-redirect" in the setup of the agent?
