vdi

hi,

to see if i understood.

in order to have vdi ->we install connection server on a VM using vcenter, install horizon view client on client desktop.

then we connect to horizon server and create VM with published application, thus we created a virtual desktop VM.

The VM itself is crewated by vcenter.right?

You should know that all related desktop operations like VM provisioning, cloning, power actions and so on that is relatled to interaction with provisioned desktops will be done via the vCenter server. In all of them you need to keep that server up and run. Please read the related documents about how to "VMware Horizon desktop deployment"
