I want to ensure if this design is correct or not
Application: MAX 150 VDI VM using Horizon and 10 applications (HIS, Pharma, exchange, ADDC)
Software: vSphere with 8 CPU,vCenter, Horizon view advanced for 150 CCU, NSX with 8 CPU, vRNI with 8 CPU (this is not from license point of view, this is only numbers so I konw that VDI come with vSphere for VDI)
Hardware: 4 hosts each host includes 24 CPU core and 384 GB memory
the design is for small/medium company so we have to minimize the cost of HW
So, we will not use separate hosts (clusters) for VDI and Application and management, we will use one cluster for application and VDI and Management and on one vCenter
my questions are:
1- does this design technically (not from license perspective)supported and approved by VMware?
2- should I separate the physical host for VDI and application in the small/medium range?
3- should I separate the vCenter for VDI and for application in this small/medium design?
