vRealize: Error retrieving cluster status: Operation failed.

I just completed the initial setup of vRealize Operations Manager and the system status page shows:

It hangs here and you can not move forward.

I looked in the log and found this:

ERROR com.vmware.vcops.adminui.action.ClusterManagementAction:364 - Error retrieving cluster status: Operation failed. If the error persists, contact VMware support.

I've searched for this issue and haven't seen it. Any help would be appreciated.

This needs to go in the vRealize Operations Manager sub-forum.

It appears the install process has somehow hung and you may need to redeploy. Without knowing more about your environment and sizes/specs it's hard to tell more.

Have you followed all pre-requisites with respective to resources provided to vROps  ?

What version of vROps ?

Try to redeploy again and check if that succeeds .

It's working now. Not sure what happened but it no longer hangs and I can bring it online. Thanks for the replies!
