usb redirector problems

we have sunray3's accessing win7 vm's in our vsphere.  on any day there is a multitude of errors in the event log on the Vm's that state:

Warning: Usb_manger::g_call_port_driver() - DeviceIoControl Failed: 6.

It is constant and the event log shows 40 or so in the same time period.  Any thoughts on this?

If only have Sun Rays why not remove the USB agent component from your install? Sun Ray does not support our USB redirection.

It could be a generic error getting created at connection time when the Sun Ray connector passes off the connection.
