Are these in a pool? If so how many in the pool did you say to always have available? For example, if you have a six VDI pool and you tell the View Manager to always have two available and four people are already logged into four of the VDI's you'll get this message if a fifth person tries to log in. This is because the View Manager won't be able to keep two VMs always on the ready.
Are these 2008 VDI's in a pool or are they in a one to one? Any more info on how you set up the View Manager connections would be helpful in figuring this out.
