We are currently facing an issue with the CDR while users trying to access through published apps.
They get the below message
\\tsclient\admsvc is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource.
A log off and log in fixes the issues temp but it keeps coming back
Below is the current environment
Horizon 7.2
App volumes 2.12
UEM 9.1
Horizon client 4.7 & 4.8
Please Advice
Were you able to resolve this? I have exactly the same issue.

We tried running the Horizon client in administrator mode and it hasn't come back after that.
