I'm configuring a Horizon application pool and have a problem with regional settings.
An application we are trying to publish cannot launch in 12h format. the application works before the 12h but not between 12h and 0h.
the time settings are correct on the Parent VM server and on the RDS hosts.
When I launch the application on the RDS hosts, it shows the right time.
When starting the same application from the horizon view client (or web client) it shows the time in 12h format instead of 24h format.
I looked everywhere for this but I can't seem to find where I can configure this.
