replica source vm's can not be deleted

Hello,

I am having the same issue as this blogger here (http://communities.vmware.com/message/1219627) where my replica and source are still left in the inventory .. I can not delete them because they are grayed out.. and i have un-installed the view composer.. basically i have installed the whole vmware view software from the virtual center..

how can i take them out ?

thanks

Ahmed

Also, I noticed after looking at the screenshot you attached that you are using the vSphere client.

Are you also using VCenter 4? If so, View Composer will not work.

Hello,

thanks for the response, ..

well this solution that you have given me doesn't work because i have already deleted/uninstalled the view composer from the virtual center.

and yes I'am aware that it is vsphere .. and it is not compatible..

any other ideas ???

I see. It appears that you may need to perform some surgery on the database.

Be careful and you may want to contact support
