remote connection to gold images show error message vmware view agent "Access is"

we have Horizon 7.2 environment upgraded from 7.03

after the optimization with VOSOT (flings tool)

we are not abel to do remote connection to gold image and it keep showing the below message

any ideas ?

Could you please try opening the console directly through host or Vcenter and check IF same error occurs
