"Vmware workstation Remote MKS has stopped working"

Hi,

From VMware View Client - after login to the remote desktop PC, after some time, I am getting following error:

"vmware workstation Remote MKS has stopped working" and the client closes.

Any idea how to troubleshoot this issue.

Env:

VMware View 5.0 on ESXi 5.0 and vCenter 5.0 (in a lab environment with separate DC)

Client:  Windows 7 32-bit with IE 9.0

I encountered the same issue. Don't know how to resolve it.

Our users are also experenicing this error.

Only 5 at the moment we are also getting the following error in the event log.

Description:

Only seems to affect the users connection not the virtual machine.

We have 2 users that this is happening to 15 times a day.

Using VMware View 4.6 running the client on Vista workstations with an XP Virtual machine.

Hi,

I noticed that after logging onto a virtual machine through View Client and using 'Print Scrn' button to do screen capture on the virtual machine, the error occurred.
