Good afternoon!
I have an issue that I cannot seem to recitify.
I have two users, both on laptops that are unable to log in through PCoIP - although RDP works fine.
I get the "The Display Protocol requested is not supported..."
Both are using the 4.5 client and 4.5 agent - Windows firewall disabled - everything was working fine up until about two weeks ago.
First, it was a user in a remote branch then we had a local user affected - both using Dell laptops, other users on HP 5740's without issue.
I have looked at the display protocols in VMWare View Administrator and all checks out, I upped it to two monitors over PCoIP thinking the docking station was passing along two monitors to the session.
Thanks in advance for any insight!

Hello AGratefulDad - Perhaps your log files provide a clue. If you fire
them off to our support team, one of our Systems Analysts will assist in
reviewing.

And if said person was looking for said logs, where might we find one.
Cheers!
