"My Computer" name in Windows 10 not updating

When it comes to Windows 7 persistent and linked-clone, the new machines always show the right hostname for "My Computer"

However, with Windows 10, the name stays the same as the master image the machine came from.  The registry value for this setting is

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}]LocalizedString

So it appears that View/sysprep/quickprep is chaging this appropriately for Windows 7 machines, but not for Windows 10 machines.  has anyone else encountered this?

Can't test this myself, but maybe you can use the following registry setting in UEM to fix/workaround your problem:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\CLSID\{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}]

@="[Flex#%username%] on [Flex#%computername%]"

If you're not using UEM, just delete the [Flex#....] part and leave the variables.
