hi folks
i have a problem with my VDI .
some of my clients needs to access the PCI and PCI express slots so then they can attach some PCI card on them and programm them
can VMware VIEW send the ports to the VDI ?
do i have to use the local mode for this scenerio ?
please help me
1. No, not that I am aware of.
2. You do not need any hardware to do Basic 3D rendering, just enable it on the pools.
For more heavy 3D applications like AutoDesk have a look at this blogpost:

Is the PCI-devices in the client or on the server?
// Linjo
hi
it is on the clients
it changes in period of time , it depends on the type of projects they have.
There is no way to connect a local PCI-card to a remote desktop, basically only USB devices is possible to redirect.
I do not know of any product or technology that are even close to do what you are asking for.
