Hi all,
I have installed View Agent 5.2 (x86) on our clients, when session is connected, the process start to eating memory.
Sometimes, it using 1GB of memory. Is that normal? I didn't see that before. Also it's happening after some hours that the session is connected.
Memory usage will be increased when we are using USB headset and there is no problem when we are using analog headset.
The amount in your screenshot doesn't seem huge, given that by default there's a bitmap cache shared between pcoip client and server to minimize network traffic (see VMware View 5.0 Documentation Center).
However, if you're seeing it take up a gigabyte that certainly seems wrong. Are you using zero clients with USB redirection? Can you reproduce the problem using software clients at all? If you've narrowed it down to use of the USB headset, are you able to reproduce the same increase over time by reading/writing data with a USB thumb drive?
Hi,
I checked it with USB drive but the process's memory weren't changed.
When I attached a USB headset, it will grow up.
