I assume your referring to Full VDI Dedicated Desktops not created from replica files.
Yes you can move these.but you'll need to point View at the new Vcenter.
for non-persistent vms these are based off of a replica file that is locked. (yes you can unlock it but really - its not worth the trouble) - i'd rather do the following:
schedule some down time.
log the users off.
delete the vms and disable the pool/.
Move the Master template over to the new vcenter (new snap with new network card to change mac)
point view at the new Vcenter
Point vcomposer at the new vcenter (sort SSL stuff)
Edit pool to reflect new location and changes.
re provision desktops using new snap.
re enable pool.
I might have missed a few steps but this should be covered in detail in a KB somewhere.
