loadbalancing issue? Blast error (no proxy)

Hello,

I set up a new vmware view environment that looks like the attached image. (I used the loadbalancing article http://pdfs.loadbalancer.org/Vmware_View_Deployment_Guide.pdf )

So we are going to loadbalance only p1 (443). The problem is, if a user connects through the webbrowser on the IP adress with the loadbalancer it is able to authenticate and choose the desktop. The desktop seems to load, a ssl error appears but can be approved. After that an error shows up "no proxy route available" or st. like that (I can't simulate the problem due to a very complex networking and I do not have access to the special clients network). If the user connects directly through the security server (no lb is used) it works.

And now my question.. what do I have to enter for the security server setup gateways, in oder to loadbalance phase1?

In the article it says that the external IP address should be used. So in my two connection servers I entered the external IP adresses. But I think it does not make sense at all in case of the https tunnel because the client comes through the loadbalancer. Do I have to change the https tunnel settings to the internal IP of the loadbalancer?
