linked clone desktop random disconnect

Hi

my enviroment it is 2 connection server with view 7.0.3

randomly the desktop disconnect the session.

when i try to investigate for solve my problem?

Can i install a internal load balancer for switch the user when the user are disconnect to another internal connection server

what free load balancer i can deploy in my enviroment

Before you make any changes to your environment, make sure that installing an internal load balancer will fix the problem or it's the source of the issue "linked clone desktop random disconnect".  First check the log files most likely you will find the answer there. The location of View Agent log files depends on the version of Windows operating system used & you will something similar to this.

EXAMPLE:

view composer agent initialization error (XX): Failed to XXX (waited XX seconds)

[XXX] INFO Guest - [XXX.XX, 248] Attempting to join XXX to the domain XXX.local
