You may need to rephrase as I'm not following exactly, but if I understand correctly when your connected to a horizon view environment anything you do in the horizon client is handled on the virtual desktops so any internet bandwith is just the horizon communication and nothing else, which is usually pretty small like under 1mbps in general.
