iPad - Horizon server connection failed

I've recently built out a new Horizon View connection server, version 7.5.1  

The VDI's (Win7 and 10) have the corresponding view agent installed.

We can connect to the connection server using the client from laptop/dekstop/zero client but when I try to connect using an iPad I get the following error ....

Anyone seen this one before ?

Can you share what your architecture looks like? Are the laptop/desktop/zero clients and the iPad all on the same L2 network? This sounds like a routing or firewall issue.
