This is the issue with ports for the protocol being used. If its Blast Extreme, please validate all the port connectivity from servers.

You should contact the people who manage the virtual desktops, we need information like the last person mentioned. What they are thinking is the correct network ports between your computer and the virtual desktops aren't working, which isn't something we can help with
