how to calculated heat factor for desktops?

I have 400 workstations and like to remove them using VDI. Calculating TCO, (Already know about Vmware TCO calculator)

So like to knwo how we can calculate Power requirement which is required for cooling of that floor. Generally cooling gets calculated in BTU.

How you guys calcuate this factor TCO analysis?

I am considering 220watts/hour for individual pc power consumption.

220W/hr seems high. The VMware docs that I got at VMworld last year estimated 170W average draw.
