Hi team, we have a Branch office with 5 users running a 5mbps circuit with 1mbps QOS for Lync traffic. Over the past month the office has changed the way they work with a higher need for saving and searching documents on mapped drives located at our main DataCentre. This seemed an ideal time to implement view desktops but after running up a trial I kept having the problem with Microsoft Lync as I wanted the users to have a seamless experience not having to switch from the view desktop but to they real desktop but I can't see a why of doing this and keeping QOS on a Lync 2010 client.
How has other people done this?
I'm also looking at steaming Office products and explorer off a RDS server as another option.
