from linked to instant clone

Hi gurus

I am in the process of  building from scratch a horizon env. at this point my env. is all linked clone, so I would like to hear from you what is the best practice to bring all this master image to the instant clone world.

1) can I use the same master image/golden Image to create my instant clone(hense IC agent install)?

2) what about the pools I have in place right now?

3) does IC get delete at logoff ?

Remember that by upgrading to Horizon 7.13 all licensing levels have access to instant clones. So you don't need to jump to Horizon 8 to try them out.  As far as the migration process, follow this guide in looking to move from legacy solution such as linked clones, persona, persistent disks:
