frequent disconnects to View via security server

Users are suffering from frequent disconnects from our View environment when connected via our forward facing View security server. We are running View 5.0. Disconnects only occur when using PCoIP and only from external connections. Connections directly to the connection server from the internal LAN are not suffering from these frequent disconnects.

Well sent logs from the view security server and connection server to VMware support. Hoping to get some direction on a resolution.

Seeing the following errors in the app log of the connection server that seem to synch up with the times that we see disconnects...

sendMessage SSPI failed, no valid response

sendMessage return NO DATA

Server with DN: cn=5603f3aa-4562-4952-a108-949aaa392d0e,ou=servers,dc=vdi,dc=vmware,dc=int returned an error: consumeToken FAILED: 2148074252

We found nothing definitive but I can tell you that after upgrading to View 5.3 and increasing our bandwidth, the disconnects have become few and far between, Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
