When I try to logon by Horizon Client on RDS Desktop (connect via VMware Blast protocol)
when I have disconnected session via RDP at the same user
I see message:
This desktop is open on the server but it is running a different protocol
logoff or reconnect
If I choose logoff "You don't have a current session which to log off"
if reconnect - this desktop does not support the requested display protocol
In monitor ->Sessions when I try to logoff session i see: "Failed to logoff session"
Can you suggest a solution?
