I have a manual pool where the already created VMs are using a fixed IP address and are joined to domainA that not trusted to/from the connection server domainB, it's a totally different domain. I entitle this pool to users@domainB than, usera@domainB using a view client ask for a VM in the pool, he obtains the VM without SSO and he enter the domainA userID to logon. It works fine!
The question is: is it a supported environment?
As long as you are aware that SSO does'nt work here its good to go. You could also choose to use VADC plug-in, hopefully a better choice than exisiting one. please refer https://blogs.vmware.com/euc/2013/11/vmware-horizon-view-agent-direct-connection-vadc.html
Thanks parmarr,
you say "As long as you are aware that SSO does'nt work here its good to go"
OK but do you think that is a supported (by vmware) architecture ?
