desktop lost connection occasionally

I install View manager 3.0.1 in a 2 node ESX cluster(3.5U3 build-123630). sometimes the desktop can't get ip address from DHCP server. if i edit VM setting, and select the connected check box in network adapter setting or in windows i disable and enable network, it can operator normally again? anybody have the same issue? thanks in advance!

finally, it's hardware network cabling error, two cable in a team come from two different vlan.
