Hello spartakos80spartakos80,

Possibly a replication Problem between the 2 Connection servers.Check the Eventvwr >Application and Services>Adam Logs

If you find replication problem Try to force the replication http://kb.vmware.com/kb/1021805

For a Temporary Fix Please follow this http://kb.vmware.com/kb/2068381

If still the issue persists please have a look at this http://kb.vmware.com/kb/2014488

As per my understanding these articles should resolve your problem.

thanks alot for your help Gaurav_BaghlaGaurav_Baghla

i did what you gave me and i can now create the pool and it was created, but there is small thing when i check the pool through the vmware view web site i found the status of the desktop unknown (missing) although the virtual machines are up and the agent installed on these machines.

in my dedicated pool the version of the agent is 5.1.3

and in the floating pool the version is 5.1.0

does it make any problem???

thanks again for your help

Appreciate your Response.Glad that the solution worked.

Regarding the agent being of slightly different versions you might not face any particular problems. But it is recommended to update the agent compatible with the version of Horizon View.

unknown (missing) status might be because of the Initial problems please delete the stale Desktop Entries Once.

If you are at 5.3.3 or later You can use ViewDbCheck as well https://labs.vmware.com/flings/viewdbchk
