create user automatic in horizon view and assign app to it

I Search a way to add users into horizon view automatically after user creation in Active Directory by domain Admin and assign Applications automatically to the new created users.

If anybody know a way to doing this policy, tell me please.

please use ad groups for this and don't set rights for users directly in view unless you really have to (assigned/dedicated desktops)

You mean i add a group in vmware connection server and new users that created and membered that group has permission to open virtual app.

Yes, it's best to only use AD groups for entitlement in Horizon.
