create an individual Desktop (view4.5)

how can i add an "individual Desktop" on view 4.5

in view 4.0, i can select "individual desktop" as type

The concept of the Individual Desktop has changed in View 4.5. Any Individual Desktops that you had in 4.0 would be changed to Manual Pools with a single desktop in 4.5.

From here on create manual pools and add the VMs to it. This allows you to manage similar Individual desktops in one place. You can add and remove desktops at will and you can also manage assignments on the desktops.
