In a POC, I depolyed serveral VMs(winXP by linked clone) for a call center. Everythings worked just fine.
the call center records all the incoming call as the record. when I tried to listen these audio records through Internet Explorer in a VM(connecting the vm by view client5), there was no sound, no matter which protocal I choose(PCoIP or PDP), then i connected the same VM through RDP(mstsc.msi) with same domain user, it worked perfectly. what could cause this problem? any chanse that some ports used by View had been blocked by firewall?
P.S. if I connected the VM with view client, then downloaded the audio and saved it locally in the VM, the sound came back.
