cisco soft phone mac id is not changing in the pooled desktop

Hi,

I have configured a view 5.1 testing setup to test cisco softphone, when i configure a pooled desktop(XP-sp3 and win 7) the mac id of virtual desktops are changing in the slave machine(link cloned desktop),  where in the mac id of my cisco soft phone application is taking the mac of my golden image and NIC card as non, knidly help me with the solution or workarround.

the cisco soft phone will get register only with mac id of the dekstop.

What kind of pool are you deploying?  Is it possible to deploy the softphone after the pools are deployed are maybe set it to configure on first run instead of configuring in the golden image.
